Free Services to Consult Better Shipping Freight
Due to many reasons, the shipping rates have been increasing a lot these 2 year and still keep going higher and higher. A lot of clients pending their shipments due to the high shipping cost. And some could not place new orders even lack of inventory, as with the freight cost, there is no margin any more. But since the pandemic is getting solved, the demand of the market is more. No goods means no sale.
This situation will not end in a short time. We have been thinking for a long time how to help clients. We called a lot of forwarders we have been worked with for years. At last Liu & Co decide to do something for our clients. Finally from over 20 shipping companies we selected 10 of most powerful ones (some are SOEs) as our consultants for freight. Each of them have their advantaged lines and services. Some are better in America lines, some are better in Europe lines, some are better in train shipment.... Some have better rates in the North of China (like Qingdao, Tianjing), some have advantages in the South of China like Ningbo, Shenzhen and Xiamen. From now on, any clients have booking requirements, can ask Liu & Co to help to consult them. We will do first comparison here and recommend the one with best rates. For sure all regular buyers have their own cooperated forwarders so you can compare again with the prices. If the rate Liu & Co get is better than the market prices, we shall pass the forwarder information to buyer. All services are for free till end of this year.
So far as we know, at this moment COSCO and OOCL have better prices (because the government is controlling), around $3000 less than the other shipping companies.
Covid-19 will end, we believe the situation will getting better and better. But we would love to do something to help if you need. When winter comes, we need to give some warmth to help each other to get through.
